Ennstal Milch KG currently has around 250 employees who manufacture products of exceptional quality in the Stainach dairy, the Camembert cheese dairy in Stainach and the blue cheese dairy in Gröbming. The raw ingredients for these are supplied by farmers from all over the region – which pleases not only the palette but also the environment. In addition, Ennstal Milch KG also operates as a flexible co-manufacturer for numerous national and international top brands. Thanks to years of experience and innovative production mechanisms, customers’ wishes can be fulfilled at the highest level.

ALL UNDER ONE ROOF
The Ennstal Alpine Cooperative, founded in 1902, developed over the course of time into a holding company consisting of almost 1800 members and owned entirely by the farmers of the Ennstal. Three independent subsidiaries coexist under the umbrella of this holding company: Ennstal Milch KG as an internationally renowned dairy, Landena KG and Landena Wels KG as specialised food producers and Landmarkt KG as a regionally operating trading company. With over 1300 employees, the Ennstal Alpine Cooperative thereby makes a valuable contribution to the economic stability of the entire region.
QUALITY RIGHT FROM THE START
From the very beginning, the 27 founding members established clear guidelines for creating products of the very highest quality. And this paid off: Over the years and decades, new products were continually added to the product range, and new partners steadily found. With the launch of the first fully aseptic CartoCan and glass filling facilities, another important milestone was finally reached. A state-of-the-art site expansion is currently being constructed which integrates an additional 6,700 m² of production area as well as two new filling plants into the facility.

Taking care of our environment and treating its resources responsibly is the most natural thing in the world for us. After all, when our environment is doing well, so do our cows. And only when our cows are doing well does the milk actually taste the way we like it best – delicious!
